Industrial repairs, maintenance and reroofs
We repair roof leaks, replace skylights to let in more light and reduce electricity costs and we do regular maintenance (cleaning out gutters and box gutters so they don't flood your factory). We install vents to reduce heat and lower electricity costs and we do reroofs.
We operate with the highest levels of safety and the minimum amount of disruption to normal factory operations.
Heritage Roofing
We are expert in all forms of Heritage roofing.
We have done many thousands of square metres of roof slating, copper roofing and leadwork to the highest standards. We have many years of experience and have worked on most of the high end Heritage Buildings in Sydney and NSW.
Several projects of ours have won Heritage restoration of the year awards.
Zinc, copper, aluminium roofing and cladding
We also specialise in high end residential Zinc, copper, aluminium roofing and cladding. We do colorbond roofing with zinc and copper claddings as its common to have a metaldeck colorbond roof with these types of claddings.
Our project at Seaforth won the prestigious Building Design of the Year award 2013.

ABOUT
Dynamic Roofing has been servicing factories, heritage buildings and high end residential roofing and cladding since 1986. You have undoubtedly seen many of our projects over the years. For example the Sydney Town Hall main roof and Clock Tower, the Conservatorium of Music, Kirribilli House, The Art Gallery of NSW, Central Railway, the Australian Museum and many historic buildings in the Rocks region.
We have 3 main divisions:
* Industrial repairs, skylight replacements, vents and regular cleaning plus reroofs
* Heritage Buildings
* High end residential roofing and cladding.
We are experts in repairing, maintaining and reroofing industrial roofs and service many well known large companies. We pride on our workmanship and making sure we get a good result no matter what. We don't use cheap materials that fail but rather tried and tested best products.
